Data Deletion Instructions

Attensify respects your right to control your data. You can request the deletion of your data at any time using the methods described below.

Disconnect a Social Account

To remove a connected social media account and all associated data (access tokens, profile information, and account metadata):

1. Log in to your Attensify account.
2. Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations.
3. Click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove.

All stored tokens and account data for that connection will be permanently deleted.

Delete Your Entire Account

To delete your Attensify account and all associated data, including connected integrations, posts, media, and workspace information, please contact us at support@attensify.net with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data We Delete

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
• Social media profile information (username, profile picture)
• Scheduled and published post records
• Uploaded media files
• Account and workspace information
