By accessing or using Attensify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Attensify is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows you to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
When you connect social media accounts, you authorize Attensify to post content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the content published through the Service and must comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through Attensify. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Attensify operates on a credit-based usage model. Credits are the unit of currency within the Service used to pay for AI-generated content, carousel rendering, image generation, and other compute-intensive features. One credit is equivalent to USD $0.001. Credits are deducted from your workspace balance each time you use a billable feature.
Credits purchased through the Service are non-refundable except as described in Section 10 (Refund Policy). Purchased credits expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your purchased credits expire, but it is your responsibility to use credits within the applicable period.
From time to time, Attensify may issue free or promotional credits ("Promotional Credits") as part of sign-up bonuses, referral programs, marketing campaigns, or other initiatives. Promotional Credits are subject to the following terms:
When your workspace credit balance reaches zero, access to billable features (AI content generation, carousel rendering, image generation) will be paused. Your account and existing content remain intact and accessible. You can resume by purchasing additional credits at any time.
We may change credit pricing, the credit cost of specific features, or the exchange rate between credits and currency at any time. Price changes apply to future credit purchases only and will not retroactively affect credits already purchased. We will notify you of material pricing changes at least fourteen (14) days in advance via email or in-app notification.
If you cancel your account, any remaining Promotional Credits are immediately forfeited. Remaining purchased credits will be available until their original expiration date, provided your account is not terminated for cause (violation of these Terms). If your account is terminated for cause, all credits—both purchased and promotional—are forfeited without refund.
If you believe your credits were deducted in error, you must contact us at support@attensify.net within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, restore the appropriate credits to your workspace.
Attensify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with social media platform APIs, failed posts, or data loss.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. No further charges will be applied once cancellation is confirmed. See Section 7.6 for how credits are handled upon cancellation.
If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your payment by contacting us at support@attensify.net. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are not available for partially used billing periods beyond the 7-day window. Promotional Credits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The AI Marketing Plan is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable once delivered. This section does not apply to it. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy at attensify.net/cancellation-refund.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
