When you connect a social media account (e.g. Instagram, Facebook), we receive an access token and basic profile information (username, profile picture) to enable posting on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.
We use your information solely to provide the services you request: scheduling posts, managing content, and displaying analytics for your connected accounts.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors interact with our platform. Non-essential cookies are only set after you provide consent via our cookie banner. You can manage your preferences at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of the page.

We also use a customer analytics and engagement provider on every visit to record the pages you view, what you do on the site (for example building a marketing plan or starting checkout) and the details you enter in our forms (email, name, company), so we can understand how people use the site and follow up with you. It processes this data on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery) who assist in operating our platform and are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential. We share content with social media platforms via their APIs solely to publish posts you have authorized. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Attensify and its users.
We use industry-standard measures to safeguard your information, including encryption of data in transit via TLS/SSL, secure password hashing, restricted access controls for stored tokens, and regular review of our data handling practices. While we strive to protect your data, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
You can disconnect any social account at any time from the Integrations page. Upon disconnection, we delete all stored tokens and account data associated with that connection.
