How to Schedule Social Media Content Across Platforms with Attensify

Learn how to set up smart content scheduling for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn using Attensify.

Connect your platforms

Go to Integrations and connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn. Each platform requires one-time OAuth authorization.

Create or queue content

Create a post, carousel, or video. At the bottom of the editor, click 'Add to Queue' or 'Schedule'.

Choose Smart Schedule or manual time

Smart Schedule uses AI to pick the optimal posting time based on your audience analytics. Manual lets you pick date + time.

Tip: Use Smart Schedule for the first 30 days to let the AI learn your audience patterns.

Set up your posting queue

Navigate to Content Calendar to see all scheduled posts. Drag to reorder, click to edit, or bulk-reschedule.

Enable auto-retry

In Settings > Publishing, turn on Auto-Retry. If a post fails (e.g. API timeout), Attensify retries automatically within 30 minutes.

Review your analytics

After posts go live, check Analytics > Publishing to see reach, engagement, and optimal time insights for your next batch.
